★★★RESPONSIBILITY/LIABILITY WAIVER: You are invited to this event at your own risk. Xcntric Estate Sales and the Estate are not held responsible for accidents or injuries of any kind while visiting the property inside or outside. Attending the sale you knowingly release Xcntric Estate Sales + the Estate of any such liability and you attend at your discretion.​

​★★★CREDIT CARD PURCHASES: Card purchases will incur an additional 3% convenience processing fee.

★★★RETURNS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL and items are sold "AS IS", with no guarantee or warranty so we ask that you inspect your purchases carefully.  

★★★REMOVAL OF ITEMS: We ask that you please bring tools and extra muscle upon removal of large items. We do not have movers on site.

★★★NO PUBLIC BATHROOM AVAILABLE during the course of our sales.

★★★NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED inside the property where we are conducting the sale in. We ask that you please leave your drinks/food in your vehicle.
