Xcntric Estate Sales offers a complimentary evaluation of your assets no matter what size estate or the quantity of the estate. Unlike other Chicago area estate sale companies; we do not charge any upfront fees or require a deposit. The decision to liquidate the personal property of an estate can be complicated and overwhelming; our services can ease that burden. A no-cost consultation includes:
Visiting the property to view contents and discuss your needs and timeline. Once we are hired we then:

Organize, Categorize and Stage the Home.

Appropriate pricing from antiques to everyday items thru our years of knowledge, and extensive research so we may receive maximum dollar value.

We create alluring displays of all items to be sold.
​
Large items not in the sale and left in the home are carefully protected and secured.
​
Market your sale thru our many channels of advertising which includes the estate sale websites we are members of, our website, and our social media pages. We notify our network of loyal followers and customers with our professionally designed newsletters.

Secure any city permits if necessary.
​
Maximize proceeds of your sale by hosting a 3-day estate sale which generates more money and moves more merchandise.

Of course, cash is KING but we do accept major credit cards because it encourages larger purchases and is also a shopping convenience for our customers.

We provide handled baskets for shopping ease along with packing material and shopping bags for our customers so they can safely transport their items home.
​
We safely secure areas not in use by locking doors, provide appropriate signage throughout the home, and caution tape stairs, any trip hazards, etc. Our top priority is the safety of the home and our customers.

We provide our customers with a sign-up sheet so we can limit the number of customers in the home at a time.
​
Host and staff your sale.

We offer our clients clean-out services at the end to assist with removing any unsold items.
​
Home is broom swept and ready for the market or the new owner.
​
Distribute itemized receipts, accounting spreadsheet, and proceeds within 7 days of your sale.
