JANUARY 2010 - Tinley Park
We kicked off the beginning of 2010 right here in our hometown of Tinley Park. A gorgeous high end home filled with fine furnishings and fun collectibles.
FEBRUARY 2010 - Downtown Chicago
In February, we held an estate sale on the 31st floor of a high rise in Chicago to assist some folks so they could move out of the country. An adorable little place with an eclectic mix of treasures.

MARCH 2010 - Mount Greenwood
Our March sale was in Mount Greenwood that had a fun mix of vintage and collectible pieces.
APRIL 2010 - Bridgeview
Our Bridgeview sale was another vintage and collectibles sale. Throw in a few kitsch pieces and that always seems to draw a crowd.
APRIL 2010 - Chicago
Late April we were in Chicago. This mid century home was PACKED with goodies. You name it, we had it.....and in multiples. The highlight and conversation piece of this sale was the 1960's pink chair covered in plastic.
MAY 2010 - Hanover Park
Early May you could find us in Hanover Park for a spectacular antiques and collectibles estate sale. There were quite a few interesting and one of kind pieces so we sure had fun hosting this sale. We particularly enjoyed the many stories the family shared with us as we found treasures to add to the sale.
MAY 2010 - Hickory Hills
In mid-May we were in Hickory Hills for a fabulous mid-century moving sale. A fun selection of Christmas, mid-century and vintage furnishings, a recreation room yet the 1948 Dodge was the hit of this show. Everyone that came out seemed to admire this classic beauty. A car collector is now the proud owner and we hope he is enjoying it. We miss Bud our faithful mascot that followed us around for 2 weeks. What a cutie he is!!!
JUNE 2010 - Tinley Park
As the weather starts to warm we head back to Tinley Park for a vintage and collectibles sale. This sale had a wonderful schmattering of vintage pieces that brought the collectors out in numbers. We enjoyed the 3 days of vintage fun, the stories everyone shared and the many new collectors that we had the opportunity to meet.
JUNE 2010 - Roselle
Mid-June puts us back on the road again so we are off to Roselle. We scheduled our sale the same weekend as the community garge sale so we had the opportunity to meet many wonderful folks. This gorgeous home was filled with highend furnishings and fun collectibles.
JUNE 2010 - Riverwoods
The end of June arrives quickly and we can be found in Riverwoods. This was a spectacular highend sale. The bronze elephant table and the artwork had jaws dropping while our deer friend eyeballed the Louis Vuitton purse. We were having such a good time we stayed open until 6:00pm when the last shopper finally went home to rest.......and we collapsed.
JULY 2010 - Oak Lawn Phase I of II
Anyone that remembers this sale can say one thing....."HOT, HOT, HOT". The air conditioner quit on us and needless to say it was a 90+ degree day. Everyone was so understanding and said it could be worse, "it could be snowing". An awesome vintage sale that we held in 2 phases due to the mass quantity.
JULY 2010 - West Rogers Park, Chicago
This was one fun mid-century sale. A Georgian style home that was packed with vintage treasures. Gorgeous crystal, china and silver; fun vintage barware, shelves filled with books, fab furniture and racks of vintage ladies clothing most with the original tags. The icing on the cake was finding 2 vintage Schwinn bikes in the shed. A great time seemed to be had by all at this one.
JULY 2010 - Oak Lawn, Phase II
Phase II finds more great treasures and we have air conditioning this time to help us stay cool.

AUGUST 2010 - Roselle, IL
July finds us back in Roselle for an adorable little moving sale with a nice mix of old and new.
AUGUST 2010 - Oak Lawn, IL
End of July we hosted another vintage and collectibles sale in Oak Lawn. A condo filled with beautiful Asian collectibles, a fun fuzzy retro couch, military memorabilia, beaded room dividers just to name a few. The vintage Butsudan was the hit of this show.
SEPTEMBER 2010 - West Chicago, IL
In August we are back on the road to host a high end sale in West Chicago. Beautiful furniture, vintage toys, outdoor furnishing, yet the river rock held the spotlight at this one. Many folks came to buy the rock by the truck loads so they could create a pond in their backyard. Recycling is so much fun!
SEPTEMBER 2010 - Des Plaines, IL
This adorable ranch home was like a page out of Martha Stewart Living. Fabulous furniture, artwork, collectibles and people seemed to come from all over to visit this sale. One gentleman came from Wisconsin just to get his hands on a piece of artwork that he just had to have.
SEPTEMBER 2010 - Orland Park, IL
Our Orland Park sale was filled with some stunning high end artwork, bronzes and furniture. Folks came out in numbers and the 4 bedrooms that were filled with furniture was gone by 9:15am the morning we opened. 2 shining stars at this sale; the MGB car and the computerized arcade game.
OCTOBER 2010 - Homer Glen, IL
Homer Glen was a 7700 sq foot home, built in the 70's and sat on it's own private lake. Filled with mid century furniture, retro decor, Hamm's memorabilia, trains and the list goes on and on. The conversation piece seemed to be the 9' iron chandelier that hung in the middle of the living room.
OCTOBER 2010 - Frankfort, IL
This sale was fabulous for 2 reasons. A condo filled with some spectacular furnishings and collectibles along with Susie's Estate Sale company hosting a sale 2 doors away. Our customers were able to park and shop 2 sales in one cul-de-sac and everyone had such a great time.
OCTOBER 2010 - Flossmoor, IL
This was another high end home of an interior designer. Filled with unique one of a kind pieces and the prototype coffee table was king at this sale.
NOVEMBER 2010 - Chicago, IL
Early November we head north and host a sale in Roscoe Village with a wonderful mix of old and new. The conversation piece was the 1970's wall art purchased by a customer that wasn't even born yet when this piece was produced. How funny is that?
NOVEMBER 2010 - Frankfort, IL
This Frankfort townhouse was a mix of just about everything. Ethan Allen furniture, lots of smalls, some antiques and loads of fun for everyone. The antique floor lamp with the pink shade was queen for a day as she stole the show.
NOVEMBER 2010 - Flossmoor, IL
Mid-November we are back in Flossmoor for a wonderful vintage moving sale. Beautiful china, crystal, silver and fun collectibles, yet the hall tree found it's way into the spotlight.
NOVEMBER 2010 - Chicago, IL
Late November we head to the 31st floor of a highrise for a private mid century estate sale. A condo that stood still in time and felt like you were back in the 60's. Venini light fixtures, teak furniture, a Colombo Umbo modular storage unit and fab retro artwork and pottery. Not to be forgotten, a visit from the window washer.
DECEMBER 2010 - Frankfort, IL
Early November we are back in Frankfort for another condo sale where old meets new. Vintage lighting, some antique furniture, fun collectibles and our first snowfall of the season.
DECEMBER 2010 - Park Ridge, IL
Our last sale for 2010 was a demolition home filled with antiques and collectibles. Glass, china, furniture and the famous "MYSTERY PILE". The pile was alot of fun and folks found some fabulous treasures that we hope they enjoy for years to come.
Well that wraps up our 2010 and what a fabulous year it was. We had alot of fun at each and every one of our sales and hope you did to. JANUARY 2011 - Homer Glen, IL
We started the new year with a fabulous "Sell It All" estate sale in Homer Glen. Great furniture, fun collectibles and perfect January weather for an estate sale. The celebrity at this show was the antique display cabinet and she was gone when we opened the door on Friday morning.
JANUARY 2011 - New Buffalo, Michigan
This month finds us heading north to Pure Michigan country for a fabulous beach house estate sale. A gorgeous beach home that had a view of the lake, fine furnishings, top of the line electronics yet the hit of the show was the Hustler and Rat Pack billiard artwork. We liquidated this huge home in 3 days and the new owner is ready to move in.
JANUARY 2011 - Flossmoor, IL
A stunning highend home filled with beautiful furniture and home decor. A nice mix of antiques to modern day pieces. This sale brought people out in numbers and the shining star was the set of Baker chairs that were gone by 9:15am. A fun set of chairs that we hope the new owner is enjoying!
FEBRUARY 2011 - Orland Park, IL
February finds us in Orland Park for a fabulous condo sale filled with wonderful treasures. This immaculate home had a little something for everyone yet the Infant of Prague was the show stealer. Although sold right after we opened the door, many folks came over the course of the 3 days with hopes it would still be there.
MARCH - Westchester, IL
Beginning of March we head to Westchester to host a fabulous mid century estate sale. A small ranch home filled with Broyhill Brasilia furniture, Easterling Sterling flatware, kitsch decor and many other fabulous finds. Everyone was wonderful as it took a little over an hour to get everyone in to shop. Needless to say, the Broyhill collection stole the show at this sale and should look quite "FINE" in it's new home.
MARCH - Homer Glen, IL
Mid-March finds us hosting a private, by appointment only estate sale in a nice quiet retirement village. We had a wonderful selection of jewelry, Fenton glass, Coach purse, mid century furniture pieces yet the antique Elgin pocket watches where the king of the show. These 14k gold beauties were real show offs and now have a new owner.
APRIL - Frankfort, IL
April Fools Day finds us in Frankfort for the weekend. A schmattering of this and that and the Beatles albums and the Schwinn bike were the items of interest. Everyone played April Fools jokes on us and a good time seemed to be had by all.
April - Chicago, IL
Our Chicago Stuck in Time estate sale was a hit! We met many new customers and had such a wonderful time over the 3 days we were there. The Hollywood Glam mirror was the most sought after item yet was gone once we opened the doors. The sterling jewelry and men's clothing and hats came in second.
April - Thornton, IL
It's mid-April and our Thornton estate sale has a home filled with some interesting treasures. There was an absolute feeding frenzy for the Italian racing bike. Like bees on honey this bike caused quite a stir. The diamond tennis bracelet was second in line and the Lia Sophia jewelry came in third. A fantastic sale that had everyone laughing and enjoying their time with us.
April - Calumet City, IL Phase I
Phase I of our Cal City estate sale was a huge success and loads of fun. This jam packed house attracted many folks over the course of three days only to keep people wanting more for Phase II. The sterling silver miniature plates had folks calling, emailing and showing up for 3 days asking if they were still available. Sold right after we opened the doors these adorable gems will make a wonderful collectible for their new owner.
May - Frankfort, IL
Early May we head to Frankfort to assist a family that could not have an estate sale due to condo association rules prohibiting estate sales. We jumped in and hosted this sale by appointment only so they family didn't have to donate everything to charity. This sale ran for 5 days and the hit of the show was the sterling silver collection and the midcentury furniture that we liquidated right after opening the doors.
May - Chicago, IL
Middle of the month we are off to Chicago for a fun vintage estate sale. A small townhouse with the most interesting artwork, great books and fun furniture. The piece talked about the most......the Batman chair because it appeared to have wings for arms.

Another Chicago sale in May with a home that has a room dedicated to jewelry. Lots of bling, vintage furniture, clothing, hats, etc. Along with a mishap of someone that parked too close to the Do Not Park sign. They don't call Chicago "The Windy City" for nothing.......oooops!
